Each persons needs are different, and
the skills of the caregiver are carefully matched to
your needs. ElderCare provides its services in the home,
in the hospital, or in other facilities. Care can be
provided for as little as four hours at a time, or as
much as 24- hours, around-the-clock. We are available
full-time or part-time, long-term or short-term. It
all depends on you and your needs. |
Geriatric
Care Management
In addition to in-home care, ElderCare Services offers
Geriatric Care Management. A professional, fee-based
service, Geriatric Care Management helps elders and
their families cope with the changing challenges of
aging. Many adult children, often referred to as the
"Sandwich Generation," are caught between the demands
of raising children and caring for aging parents. We
can consult with them, locate resources and support
them in their difficult decisions. We can assess needs,
develop a plan of care, and provide case management.
Jean Gay Mussleman is a Professional Geriatric Care
Manager and has the experience and reputation for quality
